Quality of Numbers - Lesson 9

Lesson 9 Good Morning! Welcome to your ninth quality of numbers class! Before you begin make sure that you have the following supplies close by: Main Lesson Book Block and Stick Crayons Modeling Wax You have a few tasks for this week. They are as follows: 1. Watch your video lesson for the day: https://youtu.be/an-ZO5O4iEc 2. Work on your lesson book pages. When you have finished them please post them to this thread. When you are finished with this week’s assignments you will have the following lesson book pages: Title Page Page for Number 1 Number 1 Writing Practice Drawing for Number 1 Story Page for Number 2 Story Number 2 Writing Practice Drawing of the Summer and Winter Garden Skip Counting Vines Number 3 Page Number 3 Practice Drawing of The Three Proverbs Number 4 Page Number 4 Practice Drawing of The Four Skillful Brothers Number 5 Page Number 5 Practice Star Money Picture Form Drawing with Star and Pentagon Number 6 Page Number 6 Practice Where Do Bees Go In Winter Drawing Number 7 Page Number 7 Practice Form Drawing for If I Could Catch A Rainbow Number 8 Page Number 8 Practice Anansi Picture Number 9 Page Number 9 Practice 3. Do the weekly enrichment activities sometime over the next week. Smell There are nine sources of natural materials that are used in perfumery. They are as follows: Bark Roots & Bulbs Flowers Seeds Fruits Woods Leaves Twigs Resin There are also 3 notes in perfumes, a base, middle, and top note. Using this idea blend your own perfume paying attention to multiples of 3 leading up to 9. You can also take a nature walk and look for each of these 9 items, cover them with water, let them sit a day and notice the smell that all these items blended together makes.
