Essential Oils: Safety and Uses

Picture
Essential oils are very popular right now, but where do they come from?
What is their history?
Most importantly, how do you use them safely?

There seems to be a ton of misinformation out there about essential oils, but this class will help you sort it all out. When used responsibly essential oils can be a powerful tool in your natural home and health care toolbox. The focus of this class will be to discuss helpful and safe ways that we can use essential oils in a safe manner.

Course Cost: $30.00

After completion of your transaction you will need to click "RETURN TO MERCHANT" to be taken to the course page. BOOK MARK THIS PAGE IMMEDIATELY! This is how you will access the course!
During each class we will discuss a topic about essential oils use and we will also cover some of the most widely used oils such as lavender, lemon, and tea tree oil in a more in depth manner. An array of different oils from different essential oil makers will be used in this class to give the student a good idea of what is currently available in the essential oil market. In our last session students will be asked to create a final project using essential oils and write a summary of their creation along with a description of what they have made, what they used and why, and show that they have researched any safety precautions that someone using their creation might need to be aware of.

Class topics will include:
1. History of Essential Oil Use
2. Essential Oils and Emotions
3. Essential Oils Around the House
4. Tasty Essential Oils for Fabulous Food
5. Topical Applications of Essential Oils
6. Final Project
